From here we will load your CV onto our database. After screening CV’s and having several discussions Delivrance Recruitment Specialists (DRS) will select the best candidates to represent at our clients. The selected candidates will be invited to meet with the consultants at our offices. The candidate must bring with them a copy of their ID. DRS then in an hour interview gets through an understanding of the following

*Understanding of current skills and abilities
*Expectation of new company & position
*Detailed salary breakdown & expectation
*Reason why candidate is looking for a new opportunity
The candidate and consultant also agree on a way of working and representation. The consultant will discuss the immediate opportunities available and clients we are representing.

After the interview at least 2 references will be checked and the credit, criminal & qualification checks will be requested.

After a detailed CV has been compiled, the consultant will, once consent has been given by the candidate, send the CV to the clients that we are representing. DRS will also ensure that we keep in touch with companies that we know will be interested in the candidates skills.
