When representing a company and a job order, one of DRS' Team Managers or Senior Consultants will contact the manager to have a lengthy discussion to get a detailed understanding of the company, position, team, required skills and responsibilities the candidate should have. We will then determine how urgent the position needs to be filled, the interview process and when the candidate needs to be on board. At this stage our fees will be discussed. We also feel it is very important that we have a thorough understanding of the company as we would like to get a feel for how a candidate will grow or develop in the company. In essence why would the candidate want to work for your company.

After understanding the job order, DRS would through various methods identify and select suitable candidates. After an extensive interview with the candidate we not only ascertain their expectations, skills etc., we also double check the following:

reason for leaving,expectations of new company and position and salary and benefits. In the interview, DRS will determine who will be contacted for references. These will always be the managers or supervisors the candidate reported to directly. We also request a credit, criminal and qualifications check through one of the accredited organisations.

When DRS is satisfied that we have selected the best candidates represented by all the consultants, we compile the cv"s for the client and do a presentation.

After confirming interview times with the company and candidates, DRS prepares the candidate for the interviews. We would provide them with the following:

Address and roadmap
Detailed position info
Detailed company info
What to expect from the interview.

We will also supply a short reference to the client. Should the candidate's not be suitable, DRS will re-quantify the job order to start the process from the beginning.
